- Bachelor degree from Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering or related field
- Thai National Only, Male/Female with a few years of working experiences of engineering operation,preferably in the hotel industry.
- Conversational English communication skill
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, result oriented, self-manage and decisive

- Being a START-UP member for the first Kokotel in Bangkok
- Conducting the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, both electrical and mechanical
- Initially responsible for one property only but possibly covering multiple hotels in future
- As a HQ member, reporting to Manager of Design and Engineering
Duties & Responsibility:
- Manage and trouble-shoot the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
- Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities, tools, equipment, or machines in order to determine the type of work required and serve maintenance service activities such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Supervises repair work orders and coordinate with contractors to make sure timeline and quality of completion.
- Plan, schedule and evaluate maintenance programs by effectively communicating with other staffs.
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property
- Provide emergency response services 24/7
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager of Design and Engineering
Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks.
